Our story
Built for the sellers we kept meeting
We started buying houses because we kept meeting homeowners who were stuck: a probate file that would not close, a tenant who stopped paying, a roof that ate the entire equity. Listing felt impossible. The cash buyers they called felt worse — anonymous, vague, and quick to disappear.
So we built the company we wished existed. An owner answers the phone. An owner walks the property. The offer is written down and itemized. If a listing would serve you better, we say so.
We are not the biggest buyer in Chicagoland, and we do not want to be. We buy a limited number of houses each month so that every file gets the same attention from the same two people.
